DESCRIPTION
The Police And ILLegal Handcuff Menu is a FiveM modification that provides law enforcement and illegal factions with advanced handcuff features. With this menu, players can perform a variety of actions related to handcuffing and player control in your GTA 5 RP server.
FEATURES
• Customizable Menu Key:
- Easily open the menu with a keypress (default: "INSERT").
• Force Hands-Up Before Cuffing:
- Option to force players to raise their hands before they can be cuffed.
• Experimental Feature:
- Disable all player controls while they are cuffed for a more immersive experience.
• Item Requirement System:
- Require specific items like handcuff keys, tape, or rope to perform actions.
- Add your own items to your server’s database (no items or images included).
• Handcuff Escape Minigame:
- Customize the difficulty of the handcuff escape minigame with different levels (easy, medium, hard, or custom).
• Law Enforcement Actions:
- Perform multiple actions such as cuffing, uncuffing, putting players in vehicles, removing them from vehicles, carrying them, tying their legs, taping their mouth, and more.
• Fully Configurable:
- Customize items, escape mechanics, and difficulty settings according to your server's needs.
Important:
- Specific items required for some actions must be added manually to your server. This script does not include pre-configured items or database files for them.

- Compatible with both ESX and QBCore frameworks.
